This website is operated by The Hudstead, a family farm in Great Falls, South Carolina ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting thehudstead.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and pricing

Our soaps, lotions, and other goods are handmade in small batches, so color, scent, size, and appearance can vary slightly from the photos. Prices, product details, and availability can change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item was mispriced or is out of stock), and will refund you in full if we do.

Personal-care products

Our products are for external use only. Please read each ingredient list before use, patch-test on a small area if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We currently ship within the United States only. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Site content

The text, photos, and other content on this site belong to The Hudstead and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We try to keep everything accurate, but the site may occasionally contain errors, and we may correct them at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Hudstead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
