Meet the Herd
Our milking herd is a small group of pasture-raised Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats. They are friendly, curious and, for their size, remarkably good milkers, with rich, high-butterfat milk that makes a creamy bar of soap.
Meet the Goats Behind Our Goat Milk Soap
Nigerian Dwarf goats are small dairy goats with big personalities, and their milk is the richest of any goat breed. That butterfat is what makes our soap lather creamy and our lotion sink in instead of sitting on the skin.
These are not stock photos. They are our does, our buck, and the wethers who keep them company, as recorded in our herd records. Milk in a bar of soap has a name and a face.
The does
Our does are the heart of the farm. Each one has her own personality at the milk stand.
Elvis
Elvis is our herd buck: black and white, horned, and a former bottle baby who still thinks he is a lap goat.
Kids
We raise our kids on the farm and, when we have extras, place them with families looking for friendly dairy goats. Ask us about upcoming kids.
