Welcome to our Homestead Livestock Readiness Survey! Our survey is designed to help you assess your property’s preparedness for raising various types of livestock. We’ve divided the survey into five key categories:

• Chickens/Poultry – Evaluate your chicken coop’s security, hygiene, and overall suitability.
• Cattle – Review your pastures, shelters, and management systems for cattle.
• Goats – Determine if your property can effectively house and care for goats.
• Sheep – Assess your arrangements for sheep grazing, shelter, and safe handling during lambing.
• Livestock Guardian Dogs – Check if your setup includes adequate facilities for protective livestock guardian dogs.

Each category features thirty specific questions that result in a readiness score – helping you understand if your homestead is "Ready," "Needs Improvement," or "Not Ready."
